OfferMaxx is finalizing its formal Privacy Policy before public launch. This page is informational and is not final, attorney-reviewed policy text.

The product stores account identity, Career Profile information, opportunities, tasks, contacts, milestones, Coach conversations, and private resume files to provide its job-search workspace. Bounded product analytics are configured without autocapture or session replay. Resume extraction and Coach features send the content needed for the requested AI operation to OpenAI.

Signed-in users can delete individual content and permanently delete their account from Account & data controls. Questions may be sent to support@offermaxxos.com.
